Red River Gold Rush

Our tour travels north t0 the Rio Grande Gorge,  through the majestic Taos basin before reaching this quaint area known as  Red River. This region is the home to some of the largest finds of gold and silver in the state. It was an authentic western town.

Explore the old trails and gold mines and see what life was like for these brave trappers and prospectors. After your wilderness emersion, we break for a relaxing lunch and refreshments at the Red River Brewing Company on us. Then we make our way across the mountain pass to pack up and return to Santa Fe. Along the way back, get a view of the Taos Gorge and enjoy the tranquil views of Northern New Mexico.
